how to buy audio from adobe stock?

Hello, 

 

I'd like to buy audio from adobe stock but failed to purchase it. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thank you so much!

Audio licenses can be purchase via subscription or credit packs: https://stock.adobe.com/plans. If qualified you could purchase a trial subscription and cancel within the first 30 days of the subscription.

By your Adobe ID I see that you are using an enterprise account, set up through your school, to access the Adobe Stock website. In order to license audio files your account administrator would need to authorize this. The admin may need to reach out the organization that set up the account.

If you wish to buy audio licenses for your personal account you would need to set up a personal Adobe ID/Adobe account.

    Thank you so much for your reply. Do you know whether I can use one audio permanently if I only subscribe to the stock plan for 1 month?
