How to cancel Adobe Stock without login info

I've discovered I am paying £23.99 a month for Adobe Stock and have tried to cancel it but cannot login to my account. Is there a way to cancel it without logging into my account?

I would still try the hotline then. Maybe with the booking / payment data they can find out anything. I am just "hopefully hypothesizing" though. I hope they will help with that
