How to disable extended license option

Hi,

Is it possible to disable the option of selecting EXTENDED license for images to prevent accidental wrong selection by team members?

The extended license is 240 credits and I'm concerned one of the team members may accidentally select that option and not notice. What can be done to prevent it?

Is it possible to cancel afterwards?

Q1: No.

Q2: Educate your users (I know…). Extended licences, as well as licensing from inside an application, asks for a confirmation.

Q3: No, you can't cancel licences. You need to contact customer care, who will refund the licensing costs, is licenced by error.

Is there a time limit to contact customer support to refund the credits spent by accident?

Also, is there a similar confirmation, for other expensive things, such as 4k videos?

I suppose, there is a confirmation for anything costing “more”, but I did not (yet) try that out. @WendellaBee could help here out.

Q3: you should contact customer service at the earliest. Definitely, you can't claim an erroneous licencing after several months.
