How to get a refund for a accidental purchase

How can you get a hold of a customer representative. I made an accidental purchase for a stock image that I thought it was 5.00USD it was a 200.00USD. I did not want a premium subscription. I only use this for a school project. I was trying to complete.

BTW: for any asset that costs more than one credit, you need to confirm the licensing. So you did license and confirm the buy despite the high price tag. You didn't buy a premium subscription, but a premium asset.
