How to get not downloaded images when monthly subscription is cancelled

Hi, I used Adobe Stock for months with the monthly subscription for 10 images. Once I stopped the subscription, I still had more than 60 images remaining. Which I paid for. And now, they are completely gone from my account. How can I have them back. I paid for them! Thanks for helping me.

Bonjour, j'ai utilisé Adobe Stock pour plusieurs mois avec la formule 10 images par mois. Lorsque j'ai arrêté la formule, j'avais encore plus de 60 images restantes à télécharger. Je me reconnecte maintenant que j'en de nouveau besoin et les crédits pour ces images ont complètement disparus. Comment puis-je faire pour les retrouver? Je les ai payées! Merci pour votre réponse.
