How to Get Plan Credit Back When a Stock Mogrt Doesn't Work?

I downloaded Adobe Stock Mogrt File 1412139681.  It's a counter but only works correctly if one is working with 3 digit numbers.  If starting with a single digit number there's an abrupt jump from right to left as the counter ticks up.  Attached file shows fluid example with 3 digits and abrupt jump when starting with a single digit number.

How does one go about getting their plan credit returned and/or contacting the designer to have them adjust their mogrt?

In addition, it would be great if one could leave reviews and/or tips for templates they've purchased.
