tried to try free trial of adboe stock and forgot to cancel the subscrption.

I I would like to be refunded. I did not use the service.

I read that I had 14 days to request a refund.

I can not contact the customer service, it refers me to each choice of answers.

How do i know if i will be reimbursed ?

Thanks you.

If you cancel during the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you get automatically a refund. Refunds are processed manually, so please allow 5 working days for getting those processed. If after those 5 working days (Saturdays and Sundays are not working days) you did not get refunded, you may contact Adobe customer service to check the status of your refund. Please add to the 5 days any days your bank normally needs to process incoming funds. If you do not know that processing time, add 3 days. That should be enough for your bank. Refunds are done to the account you used for the payment (credit card, PayPal, …).
