How to unlicense an image?

While searching for the appropriate image, I mistakenly clicked the license button instead of the preview button for 462788209 today. Despite my efforts to rectify it, I couldn't find a solution to revoke the license. I discovered numerous individuals who encountered similar issues. In my opinion, adding a secondary confirmation step for the license button could prevent such inadvertent actions.

Regards,

Juan

    @Juan34594907wyrz ,

    The asset you licensed is asking a confirmation. Any item costing more than one credit asks for a confirmation. How many confirmations do you need?

    You can try hard, but you find a possibility to revoke a license. Licensing an asset is a definite operation.

    And as the item you licensed is a premium asset, you would need to go to Adobe customer care to negotiate your case. If you are on a Teams or Enterprise subscription, your administrator needs to contact customer care.

    If you are on an individual subscription, follow these instructions: Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. If in doubt, ask the forum.

    in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
