Question

How to use credit packs before subscription credits

I have 8 credits from a credit pack that are expiring today. I licensed several images to use them, but realized the credits were being pulled from my Adobe Stock subscription bucket rather than the expiring credits. How do I use those 8 credits first? I don't see any settings anywhere. You would think it would follow a 'first in first out' system. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Credit packs have a higher value than plan credits. That means that they are used for assets that could not be licensed with a plan. This was the situation before they introduced the subscription, allowing you to licence any asset, including video and extended licences.

Did you get a solution for this, or should we notify someone from Adobe, to check this.

Credits can be used to license any content on Adobe Stock. Different asset types have different credit costs. If you want many standard images, standard templates, or standard 3D assets, you can buy a standard subscription.
