I accidentally clicked on License Button

I accidentally clicked on the following licenses (ASSET ID) which were downloaded directly: #139281833
#140151459

I just wanted to see what they looked like and when I saw the License button I thought I got more information about it. I don't need these. How can I return these? Or are these included free in my subscription (Creative Cloud)? How does this work? I hope someone can help me.
