I accidentally downloaded & licensed the same vector twice, sorry

Hate to bother y'all
I tried to search for a place I could get a 1-on-1 with this matter, but I ended up here, so here it goes:

-I was a hasty dummy. Can I get a credit back, please?

I have checked your account and noticed that the image number mentioned (118064271) has only been licensed once. It might be possible that you have downloaded the same image twice.

    Hello!

I got no idea how to find it, but here's the name of the other lion:

    Handdrawngraphicornateheadoflionwithethnicfloraldoodle_e1be0986-088c-4ebe-8ecc-5e83f9a6019a

I just was quick browsing Stock templates to demonstrate coloring in Ps, so we accidentally clicked it twice on the box, so I'm not sure where the licensing  files are.

    Best regards,
