I accidentally licensed an image; can I get a credit?

First time using the interface.

I clicked a button I thought would explain the differences between the two kinds of licenses for this image, but it downloaded the image and licensed it to me instead.

If I delete it from my library, will I receive an automatic credit? Can you credit me for this image?
