I ACCIDENTALLY PURCHASED A PREMIUM IMAGE

Question

Can anyone assist on how i can get a refund for purchasing a Premium Image by mistake. I Have looked everywhere and it seems that there is no help at all. Kindly Assist

Hello @@trossmafoko, sorry for the poor experience. I've looked at the license here and I don't have the ability to refund this myself. The directions below should get you the help you're looking for.

For a refund:
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction. Also, if you don’t see the chat feature you may need to accept all adobe cookies.

For the fact (as a user): you can't buy a Premium asset by error as you get asked a confirmation. It's really a pity that users simply acknowledge the purchase, insted of looking what they do. When getting asked a confirmation, where normally a confirmation is not getting asked for, you should be mire careful.

(I know, it's human, and even I sometimes click on buttons I shouldn't.)
