I can't cancel Adobe Stock trial

I currently have an adobe stock trial that I wish to cancel, but the option to do so is not available. I think it is because I have a student adobe account under my university's plan, but I paid for the trail outside of my university plan with my own debit card so clearly stock doesn't come with it and now I am unable to cancel it. I have no interest in the trial and am hoping to get this issue resolved.
