I can't cancel my subscription!

I'm trying to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription and it says that I have a problem processing my payment.

I already changed my credit card more than 4 times and it still the same message that an error occurred processing my payment.

I don't know that it going on here! Since I already tried changing my credit card, I used credit, debit, and either paypal and it doesn't work either.

I have other subscriptions and I don't have any problem with my payments. This is the only one!

Please, can someone help me with this?

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues while cancelling your Adobe Stock subscription.

I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 09 Sep 2018. The subscription is in a suspended state due to payment issues.

You can't do that here in the forum. Google "how to cancel Adobe Stock subscription".
