I can't download any Stock assets: makes me choose a plan, then says I already have a plan; looped.

Hi. 

I have a Trial month and still haven't downloaded a single picture. 

When I press Download free with trial, a pop-up makes me choose between Paid monthly and Trial + Yearly. 

I press Trial, then it says "Congratulations, you already have a plan!"

Then this pop-up disappears, leaving me at Step 1. The picture is never downloaded, licence never added, it always makes me choose a plan and says Congratulations, you already have a plan (thanks, I guess).
