I can't download my credits

Hi, I pay every month but when I want to download I get error message do update my card which is up to date and I want to use my 31 credits now. I have already paid for them and if after I want to close my account I should be able to do that so please solve this at once

Either you check here https://account.adobe.com/ if you can update your payment method, or you need to contact Adobe customer care to sort out with them any trouble you may have.
