i can't seem to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription or contact anyone to help me with this

I have no option in my account to end the subscription and the chat seems constantly closed, help please

Hi Michael

There are no subscriptions associated with the Adobe ID you used to post on the forum.  Please sign out from your Adobe account and sign in using the Adobe ID (email address) used when you purchased the subscription.
