I asked that I get stock photos added to my plan at work and they decided to switch from individual plan to a larger team license. They have been trying to add stock for me, but have been unsuccessful. I thought I had it once, but then received the message "Your request for Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month could not be fulfilled" The Adobe person assigned to us is not getting back to us. It's been at least 3 weeks now. I have a screen shot attached of the email.

You need to contact your administrator of your plan for this. If you are the administrator, use the admin console and contact Adobe customer care: https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support.

As a side note: a 10 credits per month is probably not “a larger team licence”.

Thanks for your response. The problem is Adobe is not responding. I'm attaching here, what my administrator sees. The name and email are correct. It should be working, but I get nothing. I have restarted creative cloud multiple times as well with the same results.

That can't be. Chat is a life function, and you always have someone answering the call (within the support hours).
