I cant use my Adobe Stock account

Question

I paid for Adobe Stock extended license - but it doesnt register when I try to download photos.  It still ask me for payment.

So - I thought I was paying for something else - is there any way to refund that license and then get one of those plans?

You would need to contact customer care. They can also assist you with setting up a plan if you wish.

Hi @Jason27006876bvkb,Using the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with your Adobe ID. Is it possible you have a subscription under a different Adobe ID/email address? You would need to be signed into the site with the email address associated with your Adobe Stock subscription.
