I forgot my ID and been charged for subscription and want to cancel it

Hi,

 

I forgot my Adobe ID and has been charged every month for Adobe Stock plan and I want to cancel it.

Are there any way to find out what my ID is by credit card information?

(I am using my workspace's ID to post this)
