I forgot to cancel Adobe Stock 10 assets a month plan, are there late fees if I refuse to pay?

I accidentally forgot to cancel my monthly Adobe Stock 10 assets a month plan before it went into the 3rd month. It's not allowing me to cancel if I do not pay the S$39 monthly first. I do not wish to pay it, only planned to pay for 2 months worth.

Will there be late fees incurred if I run the course? Will it continue to count the days and charge me like another S$39 if it goes unpaid for another month/4th month?

Thanks in advance,
Jim

Well, you can't just "refuse to pay" for a subscription in which you have willfully and intentionally engaged, particularly since you have provided Adobe with your credit card info. Info on how to cancel a Stock subscription is shown here:

Tengo el mismo problema... pero yo no contrate el servicio de adobe stock. te das cuenta que todos los comentarios son de personas que sin duda trabajan para adobe? porque nadie esta ayudando, solo diciendo debes pagar.  esto es demasiado extraño. y más aún que no tengan una forma de hablar directamente con alguien que no sea un chat inservible. ni si quiera aparece por último un correo. esto es un asco.

The people who have replied here are NOT Adobe employees. This is a Contributor / volunteer run forum and Adobe employees rarely show up here. We are simply repeating the terms of the Adobe Stock subscription and advising how it will be resolved if you wish to terminate.

You most certainly signed up for an Adobe Stock subscription, either a monthly or an annual plan, or perhaps the 30-day free trial that converts to an annual subscription if you don't cancel the trial before the month is up. Adobe does NOT sign up customers for subscriptions without their knowledge. You also would have received an email advising you that you had signed up.

You need to pay your due an then you can cancel.

You do not escape a contract by refusing to pay. The debt may increase, and can increase even more if it is sold for recovery.

The cancellation fee is 50% of your remaining annual commitment, not fixed.
