I get a copyright claim for music I licensed from Adobe.

I got a copyright claim for music I just licensed from Adobe Stock and used in my Youtube video. So now I have to wait a month for the claim to be settled. How am I supposed to monetize my videos if I have to wait for 30 days after I post the video for the claim to be settled. I tried to contact support but I got someone in India who couldn't hear me. 

I wish someone from Adobe would answer this.
