I GOT CHARGED EVEN WHEN I CANCELED ALL MY PLAN?

Today my bank send me an email saying i charged 134$ for a Adobe stock plan that i didn't even subscribe. I canceled all my plan but Adobe still charged me, but i DONT EVEN HAVE ANY ASSET??? Adobe charged me and still cancel my plan? Who do i need to contact with to get a refund?

First: you did subscribe to the plan. Very often, this happens because you take the Creative Cloud plan and tick the small check box that says: “Add Adobe Stock”

Or you have taken the 30-day free trial (as a one-year subscription, renewable automatically at the end of the term, paid on the month, cancellable the first month without a fee, cancellable the first 14 days into your paid subscription with a refund and thereafter cancellable at any time by paying an early termination fee of half of the remaining due).

 

You were in the last part of your stock subscription, where you got billed each month and were up for a one-year subscription. And yes, you cancelled your plan and according to your agreement with Adobe, Adobe charged you half of the remaining due.
