Question

I have "10 assets" even after cancelling my plan and getting a refund. Can I use these assets?

Basically, after starting the Adobe Stock trial and using the 10 free assets, I forgot to cancel in time and got charged for another 10 assets. Thankfully, I quickly applied for a refund and was successfully granted one.

 

The problem is; my account still says I have the 10 assets I was charged for - so can I still license 10 images or will I instantly get charged if I attempt to license anything?

 

Any help is appreciated.

Hi @Adam242609141fxu,

In your case as long as you can see the quota you can use it. You have until the 27th of May before it expires. Please note that you can use your quota for standard assets. Premium assets, as always, will still require payment.
