I have an account, how can I get my free stock photos?

I have an Adobe monthly account that I pay for. I want to finally take advantage of the 10 free stock photos I am owed but when I log in it doesn't seem to recognize me as a paying customer.  It only gives me the option if I make a trial account, which I shouldn't have to do since I have been a paying customer for years.  How do I get my photos?

You need to take a Stock subscription and you need to cancel it before the end of the first month. The 10-free-pictures is not granted because you are an Adobe customer, but because you will become a new stock subscriber independantly from you other subscriptions.

If you do not want to get locked in an annual subscription plan you need to cancel your stock subscription before the end of the initial month.
