Hello,

I have an inquiry regarding Adobe Stock.

I had previously made a payment around April 2023 for a free trial of Adobe Stock and Firefly when Firefly was released, and I understood that a refund was processed. However, upon checking on January 15 for a change in payment method, I discovered charges for Adobe Stock, which I hadn't used for the past 10 months. Additionally, there are charges for the refund.

I am willing to continue my subscription for Creative Cloud, but not for Adobe Stock. As a student turned working professional, the amount is quite burdensome.

Could you please review this matter and confirm that Adobe Stock has not been used since April? Also, I would like to know if a refund for this situation is possible.

Thank you for your assistance.

If you haven't used Adobe stock for 10 months, you have accumulated 100 credits for stock assets, if you have taken the 10 credits per month subscription. So that is something that can be checked easily.

As for negotiating your exit to stock, you need to contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.
