I haven't receved my 10 images per month since a long time

I realize that I haven't receved my 10 images a month since some time now.

I know that there has been some mix up with my adobe stock account because at some time I had a double subscription - one for the cloud and one for the stock - and as I realized it I demanded to drop one, but now I don't seem to receive my free monthly images any more...

How can I check my historic of received and used image in a coherent monthly way please and resolve this issue?

The counter at the top of the screen, showing 44, is how much quota you currently have. You have a 10 asset plan so you can only license one standard asset for 1 amount of asset quota. You have 44 left. Your quota renews on the 14th of the month, not at midnight but at the same time of day you bought your subscription so if you bought your subscription at 3:45am then that is the time when it will renew. I hope this helps.

Hi @jessicagoodwin1976,

I can see that you have been regularly receiving your Adobe Stock quota every month. If you don't see the quota counter when you are logged into the Adobe Stock website it may be hidden in the menu under your avatar. You will also find a link to your license history under that same menu, this will show you the asset you have licensed. Your subscription quota expires a year after it is granted so with your 10 asset plan you can receive up to 120 quota a year.

Hello,

Thanks for answering so fast.

Its not possible... I have been noting the amount the app has been showing me for some time every time I download. And there has been no addition to my account. The number of images available keeps decreasing without any new monthly addition.

Is it possible that these two accounts under the same user that I had are still messing things up? It did mess up things before.

Is this the only historic i can get? it doesnt tell me how many images were available and how many were added and when?
