Do not get exclusive access to the asset. So when I create a club and want to use the same asset, I can do so. You can't register the asset as a trademark to protect this. Technically, it will only be an image that you use, not a logo. But apart from that, there is no restriction, at least not one that will strike you. If you do not do merchandising with this graphic, you should be fine with a standard licence. But with your intended use, the boundaries of merchandising are rather blurred.
