Hi I licensed an image on stock by accident. I have not used it yet it is #344308634  on my account. any way to get the credit back?

I have verified that you have licensed asset #344308634 and have granted you a replacement credit. Please delete asset from any downloads or library at your end.

It's not an image, it's an InDesign template! Would you want to get an image that looks like the template's preview?
