I licensed a song from Adobe Stock, got a copyright strike on usage, what now?

I licensed a song from Adobe Stock to use as a lead in for a podcast.  Using 30 seconds of the song, I created a voice over / intro to a podcast.  On trying to upload it to SoundCloud for some feedback from people, I received a copyright strike from SoundCloud and they removed it.  I provided SoundCloud with the licensing code that Adobe Stock gives out, but SoundCloud says that is insufficient and that  "We would require confirmation from [publisher name] as they are the original rightsholders."  How am I suppose to deal with this?

Now you are in the correct forum. There is no need to be ashamed of posting in the wrong forum (the first time). Forum moderators try to handle that.

This problem, however, is more consequential. I suppose that Adobe needs to talk to SoundCloud. The original rights holders have authorized Adobe to license their assets. Let's see, what @WendellaBee has to say.
