I'm from India. Can't I buy adobe stock license?

i needed some photos for my quotes website. When I made an adobe stock account they say Since im from India, licensing cant be done.. Why is this?? My website is quotsagram.com

Adobe Stock is currently only available in certain countries.

Adobe Stock subscriptions for Creative Cloud teams may be purchased at any Adobe reseller. Adobe Stock subscriptions and licenses for individuals may be purchased online in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Russia, Brazil, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Switzerland, Finland, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Cyprus, and Hong Kong.

Hopefully it will be made available in the future although I have no idea when.
