I'm having trouble with my billing information.

Hello, I'm a yearly subscriber and didn't had money in my card when the day came to pay. When that happened I filled my card up, I got the green confirmation that the payment is processed, I checked my digital wallet and the money went through but still I cannot download new images. I still get the : Your Stock subscription has been suspended due to a problem with billing your account. I'm retrying over and over again, first it says that the payment is done and shows my credits but I can't download any images
