I need my credit card information removed

I paid for an extended license for a photo from Adobe Stock, yet it seems my credit card information is being stored and any accidental click will charge it. Looks like there is no way to have this removed or replaced by a PayPal payment method. Neither "Manage Plan" or "Update Payment Info" offer any solution.

I need my credit card information removed. I prefer to enter it manually every time I am buying something. How can I do that, please?

Hi Catalin,

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Adobe Stock services.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to put the credit card information manually every time you are purchasing a different asset. The credit card information is stored once you make a purchase for the first time.

However, if you want to delete the CC information permanently from the file, you will have to contact our support team Support FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support?  for further assistance.
