I need some input in regards to why this picture has quality/technical issues. shot in raw then cropped in photoshop. had photoshop correct for the lens and chromatic abberation.

In a nutshell, this is not Stock quality content:

• too dark (underexposed),
• noticeable color banding in the sky,
• poor focus, no details.
• vignettes are not allowed. 

Customers expect commercial quality artwork for use in professional print, digital and textile processes.
