I need to cancel my adobe stock account

Hello i am not able to close my stock.adobe membership

I don't need for one year the membership.

Please can you help me to resolve this issue

I thought was coming with the photoshop member and i am it cost € 36,59

Can I speak with somebody? To explain the issue.
