I've been stuck in Adobe Stock subscription and can't license anything. Help?

I am at the end of my Adobe Stock subscription year and when I try to license an image it ask me what plan I want to sign up for. What is going on? Per the phone system help, Chat is available 24/7 but I find it closed! I just want my images before I cancel.

    Please try the following and let us know if that solves your issue.

    • Sign out from Adobe Stock, sign back in, and try licensing the asset again.
    • Try to license the image using a different browser.
