I've cancelled my plan, but my credit card was charged!

Hi,

i activated the free month trial for the 10 image plan

After some days i've cancelled the plan

But i've seen that my credit card was charged

What's the problem?

    Look into your account to see if the plan is still active! You also should have gotten a notification by e-mail when you cancelled the plan.
