I want JPEG files but can only seem to download ai files

Not sure why some of my downloads are accessible in JPEG and others only seem to be ai files?    I really want to use JPEG but can't seem to convert the ai files over.

Can anyone please advise?    I am not a graphic designer - just an amateur on this so appreciate your advice.

    Vector files will be in non-JPEG format, you may want to exclude vectors from your search if you want to use JPEG files only.
