I wonder what to do when this occured...

it has problem licensing the asset, so i cannot download the asset i want.

actually it's a free template but i can still not download it. anyone knows what is wrong?

    As I do not notice any issue downloading the subject template or any other templates, I would like you to try to download it from web - you can search by "distressed pattern" for templates.  Also I would like you to reset your cmd N cache by removing the following directory from your system:

    Mac: /Users/{yourusername}/Library/Caches/Adobe/CCX Welcome/stock

    Win: C:\Users\{yourusername}\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CCX Welcome\stock

    Yes, please provide here the file name and screenshot of it if possible.  And additionally - which program you use to try to download the free templates and version of it.  Meantime, please update to the latest release of CC desktop and all other apps and restart your system.
