My requested is receive an email which is about "Shanghai Chuji Technology Co., Ltd. used the image number 478204657 provided by Adobe on the product packaging of the paint marker pen"

I have already purchased this image, and now my supervisor wants me to obtain such an email from Adobe to avoid potential legal risks. The customer service staff said there is no problem, and you will receive the email within 24 hours. However, after two days, I still haven't received the email.
I received the email within hours, but after two days, I still haven't received the email.The customer service personnel also ignored me and kept transferring me to a special list, but there was no connection there and no customer service personnel could continue to handle my problem

You can make a request for a proof of license if the information in your license history is not sufficient for your needs, however you are requesting far more information than we could provide. A proof of license will provide you with the same details as your license history only. Anything pertaining to your client or the end user would need to be something that you would need to create.
