I would like to cancel your stock.

I have been tried a lot of times . but I can not find 'cancel' word. I would like to cancel audio CC annual stock  immediately.

And how can i contact your customer svc?

Is it secret? your service is very inconvenient.

    Hi,

    since this issue is spread pretty widely (none of my friends seems to be able to cancel subscription), maybe you should add some sort of satisfying explanation to the official FAQ.

    I have spend too much time there and still have no clue. And I am not feeling very happy about spending time with support, regardless my poor english.
