I would like to complain about an image

I bought an image and it doesn't do what it said it could. It's annoying they would even allow something like this on the platform.

What doesn't it do? What format did you download? (I don't work for Adobe but they are likely to need this info). It's an editorial use image, intended to be used as is in a new article about apps. Cannot be uset to make adverts for anything. Very odd.

I see. Then it was my misinterpretation of the image's use.
