    Any assets that you have licensed will remain in your license history and be available to you after you cancel your subscription.

      You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription. You may also refer to Common Questions about plans, purchasing, and availability, Adobe Stock for more information.

      So, I would suggest you to download the images prior to cancelling the subscription since the downloaded images always remain in your license history.
