If purchasing ID, do I still need Adobe Stock to access templates?

I currently have a license for Adobe Stock. I don't use it for images as I commonly use my own sources for that. But I do access templates that I used in AI trail and for Spark. Do I need to continue my Stock license if I purchase an AI license or can I access templates directly from AI?
