Hi, I created this image in Adobe illustrator app on my iPad Pro. I saved as a jpeg because stock images accept jpegs and I could upload as an illustrator file. It was rejected because of quality issue. Vague. Can some one give me constructive criticism. I want to improve. Thx

Other than thennonsensical clock, there are other drawing errors.

The mix of regular numbers and Roman numbers was intentional, whimsical. But what's wrong with the little dots off on the balls . Looks ok to me.
