Image Attribution and Adobe Stock

Hi.

I'm looking at using an HDRI background image in a 3D composite. It will be an integrated sky background to an environment and have color compositing that modifies the colors and integrates it into the scene. Is this under the modified images for Adobe stock since it will be modified to be seen as the sky in the background of the composite? To my understanding this modifies the image and I don't need to add attribution to it. Also if it's going to be in a video that goes up online at some point potentially going over 500,000 views does that mean I need the extended license for usage?

Thanks for the advice

As always, you should look into the licensing terms and decide accordingly. It's not the modification that requires crediting, but the usage. That's described in the licensing terms.

Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788
(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).
