image licenses and rights

Hello all,

I have a question about image licenses and rights. Specifically it is about this image here:

My first question: Can I edit the image as I wish? I would like to use the image for my business page, but I would like to make some changes before (move elements, change color etc.) Now I am not sure if this is possible with my standard license or if I need another license. I already found and looked at this page here https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms, but I can't figure it out.
