Image licensing

We have purchased an Adobe Stock image under an extended license.

This image is intended to be used for print products as well as for social media and web advertisements on behalf of a client.

This client also has additional subsidiaries or branches in Austria and Luxembourg, which operate under different company names. Is it sufficient to purchase additional licenses per company?

What does the clause “No redistribution of the standalone file” mean? Are the subsidiaries also allowed to use the image?

Is there another licensing option available for this purpose?
