Hello, we would need the 538992114 image with a resolution greater than 7201 x 3072px to purchase under an extended license. It would be possible? Thank you

No, assets are uploaded at a certain size (normally the biggest available size, but not more than 100Mpx) and they are offered at that size. The only exceptions are Premium assets, that are also offered at a reduced size and videos, that are also offered as HD when uploaded as a 4k video.

So: what you see as a resolution is the very best resolution that is offered.
